Dear Friend,
Same as every year, this year too, I will be running the 21.1 KM Half Marathon at the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon (VDHM) on October 12th, representing and raising awareness for a trusted and genuine non-profit organization. This year, I have chosen to run the 21.1KM VDHM as a Barrier-Free Champion for Akshya Pratisthan.
We are also creating a Fundraiser for Akshya Pratisthan, the funds of which will be utilized towards building a science lab, or the upgradation of their existing reading room for all the kids: Please do consider contributing, as also spreading the word to your friends and colleagues so together we can add more power to the work and programs underway for the kids at Akshya Pratisthan.
*Also, for everyone from St. Columba’s School, New Delhi, India, who might be reading this post (#SCS π€π€), Mrs. Anjali Pant has joined Akshya Pratisthan as their esteemed Principal.
Friends & Batchmates from Alma Mater would remember Mrs. Pant to be amongst the kindest, friendliest & most well meaning teachers out there at SCS looking out and rooting for our well being, and who has had a profound influence on most of us during our formative school years (Personal memory: I went from being a kid who was average in Hindi in Class IV/ V to being amongst the kids who topped the subject in school in Class X CBSE, thanks to her tutelage, and unwavering belief in us over all those years).
Doston, itna toh hum sab Mrs. Pant ke liye kar hi sakte hain βοΈ

More details for Akshya Pratisthan are shared below.
Letβs make this happen for the kids. Take care,
Best Regards, Monce
